formed specifically for Mpumalanga, established in 1999 with the aim to accomplish ability and quality.
We believe that if you are going to work in a province then at the very least you should have a company dedicated to that province. Such a company would employ staff from within the province and pay vat and taxes within the province. This way the province benefits directly from all work done by a local company.
The company is managed by several highly experienced individuals, who between them have many years of experience in the housing market. Additionally a consortium of innovative and experienced people has been formed in order for us to have a broad base of experience and abilities to call on as needed. Effektus has been involved in a variety of projects, that’s been successfully completed to serve as reference.

Goals and Objectives
It is our goal to become the best construction company in Mpumalanga. We do not want to be the biggest, but we believe we can only be the best by adding value to all that we do. All the projects that we are involved in, must be showpiece projects whereby the community can also benefit and be uplifted. We shall see to it that all our suppliers as well as our clients are proud to be associated with Effektus Construction.

National Award Winner
Home Builder of the Year
During 2003 Effektus Construction was voted the Home Builder of the Year by the National Home Builders Registration Council (NHBRC) - the biggest honour any construction company in the country can receive.
Judged on 40 homes
Effektus Construction was judged on about 40 homes built in Berg n Bos and Tussen Berge developments in Nelspruit.
National Award Winner
After Effektus Construction received the honour of Mpumalanga Builder of the Year, it was subjected to two inspections by the NHBRC and was informed that the company had been nominated for the National Award.

At a Gala function held at Gallagher Estates in Midrand, Effektus Construction was named the National Winner
in the category R10 million+ annual turnover.
